Mark T Burton
President
Mark Burton has over 25years of professional experience working on residential, commercial, multi-family, and master-planned community projects throughout Arizona. Mark graduated from Arizona State University in 1994 with a B.S. in Geography. While attending ASU, he also studied Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Planning. From that combination of studies, hewas drawn to building a firm offering both landscape and architectural design services. His project experience includes residential, commercial, and master-planned communities and working at Phoenix area Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Engineering firms. Mark opened M. Burton Design LLC in June 2009.
The Design process
- Introduction Meeting with Client
- Conceptual Drawings prepared and submitted for Client review.
- Client meeting and approval of initial concepts
- Preliminary Plans Package submitted for Client review.
- Client meeting and approval of Preliminary Plans
- Preliminary and Final submittals to HOA Review Committee (as required)
- Coordination of construction drawings with other Design Professionals and Engineers contracted by the Client.
- Construction Plans Completion and submittals to Review Agencies (as required)
